What is a conversational interface?
The chatbot UI is what allows users to send messages and tell it what they want it to do. To configure a well-oiled conversational UI, you need a combination of descriptive and predictive machine learning algorithms. Includes another layer of interaction that assesses the ability of the bot to satisfy the incoming request. In case that is impossible, the system redirects the user to the human operator. A “conversational interface” is an umbrella term that covers almost every kind of conversation-based interaction service. What does conversational in a language mean? Conversational: indicates that you can carry on a conversation, although not fluently. You may still express uncertainty in your choice of words. Proficient: indicates a high level of comfort with the use of a language in spoken or written form but isn't yet at the level of a native speaker. Try building a user archetype that will help a lot in creating your use cases and scenarios. Proceed with building a user archetype and writing basic user-machine interaction scenarios or user stories. This is a route that your software product will use in guiding customers from a hello message to buying/ordering a service/etc. We should also underline that conversational UI is not a piece of software or separate technology. It is better to approach it as a paradigm that allows interacting between technology and humans on terms comprehensible by the latter.
