QUARTERBACK
Jake Locker
———Ryan Fitzpatrick

*This order is set, and it’s all up to Locker to prove that he belongs as an NFL starter.

RUNNING BACK
Chris Johnson (3DB, GLB)
———Shonn Greene (GLB)
———Darius Reynaud
———Jackie Battle

*CJ2K looks “fresher” and “more explosive,” and he showed that in game action. He looks like a possible bounce-back candidate with a retooled and improved O-line.
*Greene will take short-yardage carries away, and he will be used in some goal-line situations.

WIDE RECEIVER
LWR Nate Washington
———Kendall Wright (knee – probable for Week 1) (WR3)
———Kevin Walter (back – PUP)

RWR Kenny Britt (knee – probable for Week 1)
———Damian Williams
———Justin Hunter
———Michael Preston

*Despite Wright’s “amazing” camp, Washington is still listed as the starter.
*Wright’s sprained knee isn’t expected to keep him out of Week 1 but it’s something to monitor.
*Britt looks about fully healthy, and he is a top-tier talent, but injury risks will always haunt him and his owners.
*Walter is on PUP following back surgery and Mariani’s injury has cost him a roster spot.
*Rookie Hunter is frustrating coaches with his inconsistencies, and he will likely be behind Williams as the #5.

TIGHT END
Delanie Walker (knee – questionable for Week 1)
———Craig Stevens
———Taylor Thompson

*Walker’s injury is healing slower than expected, limiting his already small upside.

KICKER
Rob Bironas

*Career Titan Bironas continues on as kicker.
