*Flacco is one of the highest paid QBs in the league, and he is also one of the most durable.

RUNNING BACK
Ray Rice (3DB, GLB)
———Bernard Pierce (3DB, GLB)

*Rice will likely lose a good deal of carries to popular handcuff Pierce this year after Pierce’s impressive rookie campaign; the Ravens just want to extend Rice’s career after his massive amount of touches in his first five seasons.
*Rice will still hold great value (especially in the PPR format), as he will split out wide a lot more in passing situations due to the Ravens horrible lack of WR options.
*Draft Pierce as a top fantasy handcuff this year.
*Surprisingly, the Ravens have only 2 RB’s on the roster following cuts.

WIDE RECEIVER
LWR Torrey Smith
———Brandon Stokley (WR3)
———Deonte Thompson (foot – probable for Week 1)

RWR Jacoby Jones
———Marlon Brown
———Aaron Mellette

*Smith is being asked to fill the big void left by the trade of Anquan Boldin, he has great speed but does not project well as a #1 WR.
*Jones is a very weak starting wideout, but the other options are even more underwhelming.
*Stokley was a quick riser up the depth chart after being signed in early August due to his familiarity with the offensive system and survived cut day as Baltimore’s slot receiver.

TIGHT END
Ed Dickson (hamstring – questionable for Week 1)
———Dallas Clark
———Dennis Pitta (likely IR, designated for return)

*Apparently Dennis Pitta has made enough progress following hip surgery that the Ravens expect him back at some point late in the season.
*Dallas Clark is declining rapidly, but he projects now to start at the “move” TE position if Dickson can’t play Week 1.

KICKER
Justin Tucker

*Extremely accurate, Tucker should be drafted with confidence this year.
