QUARTERBACK
Michael Vick
———Nick Foles
———Matt Barkley
*Vick won the QB competition and has very high upside in Chip Kelly’s high volume offense so long as he remains healthy.
*Foles has been a mixed bag so far but would be an intriguing deep league backup should Vick go down given the pace of the offense.
RUNNING BACK
LeSean McCoy (3DB, GLB)
———Bryce Brown
———Chris Polk
*Brown didn’t have a great camp but still looks to be the favorite for backup carries ahead of Polk.
*Felix Jones was traded to the Steelers in late August but probably wouldn’t have made the team anyway.
WIDE RECEIVER
LWR Riley Cooper
———Jason Avant (WR3)
RWR DeSean Jackson
———Damaris Johnson
———Jeff Maehl
*Jeremy Maclin’s season-ending injury leaves a big hole in this corps.
*Avant is likely this year’s slot receiver after having a good year there in 2012.
*Johnson likely has a role in the return game this season.
TIGHT END
TE1 James Casey
———Emil Igwenagu
TE2 Brent Celek
———Zach Ertz
*Chip Kelly’s new offense is two-TE based, and Celek is being relegated to essentially a blocking TE.
*The versatile Casey will be used all over the place, and will likely see most of the receiving/rushing opportunities of this group.
*Ertz is assimilating quickly to the NFL game, and he could have a role on this offense in the near future.
KICKER
Alex Henery
*There is no threat to Henery’s job in camp.
